The great unknown

So I skipped a couple of weeks of weeknotes, firstly because I took a week off and secondly, because not too much has progressed enough to drag it out into a post.

Work has been focused almost entirely on the line management end of the role, getting to know my direct reports, and their reports over a series of informal video calls and slowly adding in a bit of structure as these become regular 1:1 meetings.
